Of Course you can. The only restriction we place is you can have no more than one pop up on your site per visit. NEVER BUY TRAFFIC FROM A BROKER THAT WILL NOT LET YOU HAVE SOUND ON YOUR WEBSITE. This is a sure sign that they are framing your site on a page with multiple other sites so your server registers a hit, but a live person only sees one ad - the sound gives it away when your website starts playing in the background of their website.
